All classes offer a high and low intensity option:-
- Members new to classes or with medical problems must inform the instructor prior to participating in the class.
- PLEASE arrive in good time before your class as instructors may not permit you to enter class once it has commenced.
- Please ensure you have a sweat towel and adequate water for hydration. Complimentary towels are provided free of charge and bottled water is available for sale.
- Please ENSURE you pre book all classes via the book now tab or Mindbody app. All classes can be pre booked up to two weeks before.
- We encourage feedback, as it will help us provide you with a service that suits your needs. Ask a member of staff for our feedback forms or send us an email.
- Our classes are designed to be effective and enjoyable, please have fun and enjoy yourself!
